摘    要:磨溪气田自1991年投入工业性开采以来,在开采过程中井下管系与地面设备出现了严重的腐蚀问题,文章针对磨70井井下管系的四种主要腐蚀特征进行了剖析,认为,造成腐蚀的主要原因是气田中含有H2S和CO2,这在整个磨溪气田都代表性。根据H2S和CO2对管系的腐蚀机理,对应采取的防腐措施提出了几点建议。

Abstract:Since 1991 Commercially developing Moxi gas field,serious corrosion is found in piping in well and on surface hardware during the developement. After analyzing four types of corrosion characteristics of the piping in Mo. No. 70 well.the author concludes that H2S and CO2 in gas field water is the main cause of corrosion. It is typical in the whole Moxi gas field. According to the corrosion mechanics of H2S and CO2 to piping, some suggestions are proposedto prevent the corrosion.
