| 摘 要： | 介绍折线绳槽卷绕技术的起源、及钻机绞车滚筒绳槽的制造现状.针对里巴斯(LEBUS)绳槽的特点,说明了加工里巴斯绳槽的机床设计、加工里巴斯绳槽的工艺方法、加工绳槽的几种实用加工程序及编程技巧,该方法成功地解决了钻机上各种LEBUS绳槽整体车削的加工难题,提高了绳槽的加工精度,满足钻机的工作要求并延长设备的使用寿命.
