基于PLC和触摸屏技术的自动电弧钎焊装置控制系统研究

摘    要:针对企业对钢件产品需堆焊一定厚度的低熔点合金的要求,提出了电弧钎焊的焊接工艺,开发了自动钎焊装置.主要介绍了由PLC与触模屏组成的控制系统构成、工作原理及软硬件设计.该装置具备平面内直线、圆弧线焊缝焊接、立体环面焊缝的焊接功能.实践表明,该装置的控制系统具有人机界面友好,控制方便,焊接过程指示直观、全面,焊接效率高、质量高且稳定性好等优点.该新技术在航空航天、船舶、化工、矿山机械等行业具有很好的应用前景.

Abstract:For the purpose of bead welding on the steel with some low thermo metal,the automatic arc brazing technology and arc automatic brazing equipment are designed.The paper introduces the system structure,the working principles and software and hardware designing of control system based on PLC and touch screen.The equipment have the function of the line and circulrity welding in the plane,ring surface,three-space welding etc.It indicates that the control system based on PLC and touch screen technology have some merits which are manmachine interface friendiy,high automation level,the visualized and overall process of welding,good product adaptability and stable welding quality.The new technology have good application prospect in spaceflight, shipbuilding,chemical industry,mining-machinery and so on.
