摘    要:采用应变诱导析出模型分析了连铸过程中铸坯应变对碳氮化铌析出行为的影响。结果表明:拉速变化对碳氮化铌的最快析出时间有一定的影响,在同样的应变及应变温度下,拉速越快碳氮化铌最快析出时间越短;在连铸过程的矫直段及弯曲段,由于铸坯应变及应变速率较小,在研究连铸过程碳氮化铌析出行为时铸坯应变对碳氮化铌析出行为的影响可以忽略。

Abstract:It was analyzed by strain-induced precipitation model that Nb(C,N) precipitation was effected by strand strain in slab continuous casting process.The results are as follows: The changing of withdrawal speed has certain effect on the fastest precipitation time of Nb(C,N);the fastest precipitation time will be shorter as the withdrawal speed increases.Due to small strand strain and strain rate at the straightening section and curved section,the effect of strand strain on the precipitation behavior of Nb(C,N) when studying the Nb(C,N) precipitation behavior in the process of continuous casting.
