摘 要: | 冷冲压模具要求具有较高的硬度、强度、韧性和耐磨性,而较高的强度和硬度往往会给冷冲压模具带来韧性不足,因此改善冷冲压模具的强韧性对提高模具的使用寿命十分重要。本文探讨了具有高硬度、高强度、高耐磨性的高速工具钢W6Mo5Cr4V2钢模具热处理工艺参数的改进和提高其韧性的关系,从而提高模具的使用寿命。

Abstract: | Cold stamping die requirements has high hardness, strength, toughness and wear resistance, and high strength and hardness tend to bring cold stamping die toughness is not enough, so improving the tenacity of cold stamping die is very important to improve the service life of the die. This paper discusses the high hardness, high strength, high wear resistance of high speed tool steel W6Mo5Cr4V2 steel die heat treatment process parameters to improve and enhance its toughness, so as to improve the service life of die. |
