高硅氧化锌矿浸出脱硅工艺的研究

摘    要:
在分析原矿特性的基础上,参考高硅氧化锌矿多种浸出脱硅工艺,针对原工艺缺点提出原矿中和脱硅,二次酸浸工艺,取得了酸碱消耗减半,锌浸出率96%的指标。

Abstract:
On the basis of the assays of ROM ore properties and by referring to a number of leaching-desilication processes of high-silicon zinc oxide ore, a process of desilication by neutralization of ROM ore and secondary acid leaching was proposed according to the foreign process features, thus achieving a zinc leaching efficiency of 96% with acid and soda consumption reduced by half.
