摘    要:目的 :研究Nd :YAP激光不同功率、照射时间对皮肤的生物效应。方法 :我们以犬作为实验对象 ,以不同功率、不同照射时间照射皮肤 ,以肉眼、光镜、电镜观察不同激光参数的生物学作用。结果 :Nd :YAP激光作用于皮肤 ,以热凝固效应为主 ,也有一定的消融作用。病理见凝固达真皮深层 ,剂量 5W、4秒 ;1 0W、1秒 ;全层击穿剂量 5W、6秒 ,1 0W、4秒。结论 :Nd :YAP激光作用于皮肤组织 ,以热凝固效应为主 ,也有一定的消融作用 ,功率 5W、时间小于 4秒 ;功率 1 0W时间小于 1秒较安全 ,引起疤痕机率可减少。Nd :YAP激光的组织表面消融、热凝固作用与平均功率、照射时间成正相关

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the influence of power, irradiation time on biological effect of Nd:YAP laser on canine skin. Methods: The canine were studied .We irradiated the skin , in different power and different irradiation time. We observed the effects of ablation and thermal coagulation in different laser setting. We observed the damage with naked eye, micro and ultramicro structure. Results:The thermal coagulation effects is mostly and ablation effects is subordination on biological effect of Nd:YAP laser on canine skin. Pathology vision thermal coagulation dose on deep derma is 5W?4s;10W?1s;the dose of whole audience wear through is 5W?6s;10W?4s?Conclusion: The thermal coagulation effects is mostly and ablation effects is subordination on biological effect of Nd:YAP laser on canine skin?Better safety dose is power 5W?time less than 4s; power 10W?time less than 1s.The ablation and thermal coagulation effects of Nd:YAP laser on canine skin is positive correlative with power and time .
