摘    要:在硅酸盐体系下,研究AZ91D镁合金微弧氧化着色盐种类及用量对陶瓷膜颜色、微观结构及组成的影响。制备的彩色陶瓷膜通过X-衍射、TEM和SEM分析表明陶瓷膜由Mg2SiO4、MgCr2O4和MgO尖晶石相组成;表面由许多颗粒组成,颗粒上有孔洞;膜由里向外由致密层、过渡层和疏松层组成。研究表明陶瓷膜颜色与主盐的浓度无关,K2Cr2O7、KMnO4为着色盐均可着色,以K2Cr2O7为着色盐制备的陶瓷膜为浅绿色。

Abstract:Effects of electrolyte components on the light green coating of Color,Sthe microstructure and composition were studied in silicateSsystem. X-diffraction studied show that coatings are composed ofSMg2SiO4, MgCr2O4Sand MgO. TEM studied show that there are manySparticles and holes onSthe surface. SEM studied show that the coating from the inside to the outsideSwas composed of a dense layer, transition layer andSloose layer. Experiments show that theSconcentration of ceramicScolor andSmain saltSindependent. The ceramic can beScolored by K2Cr2O7 and KMnO4. Light greenSceramic wasSprepared by electrolyte system with K2Cr2O7.
