佛山陶瓷行业品牌战略的法律思考

摘    要:在市场经济条件下,品牌能够产生巨大的价值增值效应,是企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分。品牌战略的实质是商标战略,其重要目标是创立驰名商标。佛山陶瓷行业在取得巨大辉煌的同时也面临着国际国内的巨大竞争压力,为了在竞争中立于不败之地,必须实施以商标为核心的品牌战略。本文从法律的角度对佛山陶瓷行业的品牌战略作了探讨。

Abstract:In the market economic conditions,the brand can have a tremendous value of the multiplier effect,it becomes an important part of the core competitiveness of an enterprise.Brand strategy, in essence,is trademark strategy,and the important goal is the creation of well-known trademarks.Foshan ceramic industry in the great glories is facing tremendous domestic and international competition. In order to be an invincible enterprise in the competition,we must implement a trademark as the core brand strategy.The brand strategy of Foshan ceramic industry from a legal point is introduced in this paper.
