| 摘 要： | 分析了建设工程合同管理的现状,针对建设工程不同阶段的特点,将合同管理按阶段划分为事前约定、事中落实和事后回收来控制,提出了搞好合同管理需要加强的几个环节,以促进建设工程合同管理健康有序进行。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the present contract management of construction projects.As each stage of construction has its own feature,it divides contract management into three parts,make appointments before,carry it out in and recycle it after contracting.Furthermore,it puts forward the points that need reinforcing in contract management so as to lead construction projects on a healthy way. |
