细脚拟青霉产胞外抗氧化活性成分培养基的优化

摘    要:采用液体摇瓶培养的方法,以DPPH自由基清除率为指标,对一株细脚拟青霉产胞外抗氧化活性成分培养基进行了优化,确定了其产抗氧化活性物质的最佳培养基.结果表明最佳培养基为:碳源为蔗糖和麦芽糖组成的复合碳源;氮源为酵母浸出粉;微量元素及生长因子为KH2PO4、柠檬酸铵和VB;正交实验结果表明最佳培养基配方为蔗糖2%、麦芽糖1%、酵母浸出粉1.5%、KH2PO40.5%、柠檬酸铵0.04%、VB0.03%.培养基优化后,该菌株发酵液中代谢产物的抗氧化活性可达73.47%.

Abstract:The optimum medium of producing antioxidant from fermentation broth of Paecilomyces tenuipes in shaking flask was investigated with the method of DPPH.The results show that the formula of appropriated culture medium is as follows: sucrose 2%,maltose 1%,yeast powder 1.5%,KH2PO4 0.5%,ammonium citrate 0.04% and VB 0.03%.The free radical scavenging rate of fermentation broth reaches 73.47% after medium optimization.
