纳米SiO2对橡胶再生混凝土抗压和劈裂抗拉强度的影响

摘    要:为了研究掺入纳米SiO2后对于橡胶再生混凝土抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度的影响,以C30素混凝土为基准组,实验通过加入不同比例的橡胶(0%,1%,2%)、纳米SiO2(0%,1.5%,3%),分别等质量取代细骨料、水泥,分析纳米SiO2和橡胶掺入再生混凝土后,对其立方体抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度的影响。结果显示:再生混凝土抗压和抗拉强度因纳米SiO2加入量的增加逐渐变大,会随着橡胶的掺入而减小,但橡胶对再生混凝土力学性能的负面影响要远低于纳米SiO2对其力学性能的正面作用。因此,加入一定量纳米SiO2的橡胶再生混凝土可以有效改善其力学性能。

Effect of Nano-SiO2 on Compressive Strength and Splitting Tensile Strength of Rubber-Recycled Concrete

Abstract:To study the effect of adding nano-SiO2 on the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of rubber-recycled concrete, C30 plain concrete was taken as the reference group. By adding different proportions of rubber (0%, 1%, 2%) and nano-SiO2 (0%, 1.5%, 3%) to replace fine aggregate and cement respectively with equal mass, the effect of nano-SiO2 and rubber on the cubic compressive strength and split tensile strength of recycled concrete was analyzed. The results show that the compressive and tensile strength of recycled concrete increases with the addition of nano-SiO2, but decreases with the addition of rubber. However, the negative effect of rubber on the mechanical properties of recycled concrete is much lower than the positive effect of nano-SiO2 on its mechanical properties. Therefore, adding a certain amount of nano-SiO2 to rubber-recycled concrete can effectively improve its mechanical property.
