JC-30DBT型海洋补偿绞车设计与分析

摘    要:在深海钻井作业时,钻机系统由于受到波浪作用导致无法控制钻压,影响作业效率或损坏钻具。分析了目前升沉补偿装置的几种形式。补偿绞车的提升功能与升沉补偿功能可以集成一体,少占用平台甲板面积,具有操作、调节方便等优势。以常规JC-30DB型绞车为基础,对其进行了提升能力和绞车补偿能力的设计计算,优化设计了JC-30DBT型补偿绞车。利用有限元软件对绞车晃动现象进行分析,将绞车架左右立柱在原来的基础上加强,保证绞车架强度和刚度足够,解决了晃动过大的问题。

Abstract:To solve the problem that the drilling rig system is unable to control the drilling pressure due to the action of waves during deep-sea drilling operations, which affects operating efficiency and damages the drilling tools, a compensation system study was carried out and several forms of current heave compensation devices were analyzed. The lifting function of drawworks heaving compensation device has been integrated with the compensation system, which does not occupy a flat deck area and has the advantages of convenient operation and adjustment, and has been widely used in the drilling operation site. Based on the conventional JC-30DB drawworks, the drum shaft, lifting capacity, and winch compensation capacity were designed, and the design of the JC-30DBT compensation winch was optimized. The finite element software was used to analyze the winch shaking phenomenon, and the left and right columns of the winch frame were doubled on the original basis to ensure sufficient strength and rigidity, and the problem of excessive shaking was solved.
