摘    要:
采用70%乙醇提取杜梨(Pyrus betulaefolia Bge.)叶中的总黄酮,探讨了以芦丁为对照品,Al(NO3)3为显色剂,分光光度法测定总黄酮的可行性。建立了NaNO2-Al(NO3)-NaOH与芦丁的反应体系,在510nm处测吸光度值,得回归方程Y=0.0024X+0.009,标准曲线相关系数r=0.9995,平均加样回收率98.1%,相对标准偏差0.98。在此条件下,不同炮制方法所得杜梨叶总黄酮含量测定结果分别为:日晒夜露传统制法8.32%,渥堆变红后日晒法6.45%。实验证明:杜梨叶总黄酮含量较高,可作为富含黄酮的药物资源加以开发利用,且从总黄酮含量看,传统的日晒夜露法优于渥堆变红加工法。
