咪唑啉型复配缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能

摘    要:为满足现场缓蚀要求,咪唑啉型缓蚀剂在实际应用中存在用量大、成本高的问题。对咪唑啉型缓蚀剂进行复配能够提高其缓蚀效果,降低使用成本。按现场要求,对缓蚀剂原液进行复配、稀释,并在饱和CO2模拟盐水和高矿化度模拟盐水中进行静态挂片实验。结果表明,复配后的缓蚀剂加药浓度为5.1 mg/L时具有良好的缓蚀效果;当咪唑啉型缓蚀剂、亚硫酸钠、硫脲和水以质量比为30∶2∶3∶65复配时,复配缓蚀剂的效果最好,适用于含有CO2和高矿化度的油田水处理。

Abstract:To meet the requirements of field corrosion inhibition, imidazoline as corrosion inhibitor should be used in large amounts, which leads to high cost. The inhibition efficiency could be increased by compounding imidazoline with other compounds containing sulfur, and the cost could be decreased. According to the site requirements, the compounded corrosion inhibitor was obtained by compounding and diluting the original solution comprising imidazoline, and the corrosion inhibitor was used to carry out the static weight loss tests separately in simulation brine saturated with CO2 and simulation brine with high salinity. The results showed that the compounded inhibitor had good corrosion -inhibiting behavior at the concentration of 5.1 mg/L. The best corrosion inhibition efficiency was obtained when m (imidazoline solution): m (Na2SO3 ):m ( NH2CSNH2 ) : m (H2O) = 30:2:3:65. It is suitable for treating oilfield water containing CO2 and high salinity.
