Abstract:Using the inverse algorithm of heat transfer and the nonlinear estimation method, matching calculated values with measured ones, the interfacial heat transfer coefficient at casting/Cu mould interface was determined.The results show that the interfacial heat transfer coefficient at Al/Cu interface changes in a range of 4.0×103-1.0×105 W*m-2*K-1 and its average value is in a range of 5.0×103-7.0×103 W*m-2*K-1.
