激光共聚焦生物芯片扫描仪分辨率特性研究

摘    要:
随着生物芯片集成度的提高,所用反应物的量减少,其激发所产生的荧光信号也越来越微弱。因而,对高精度、高分辨率生物芯片检测仪的要求迫在眉睫。本文探讨了一种激光共聚焦生物芯片扫描仪的成象原理和高分辨率特性,其中指出激光共聚焦生物芯片扫描仪由于采用了探测针孔,因而视场大大减小,信噪比大大提高,同时每幅图象逐点扫描形成,因而可成高分辨率的象。

Abstract:
As the integration density of bio-chip increases and the quantity of reactant decreases,the excited fluorescent signal becomes very small,so bio-chip scanner of high precision and high resolution is required urgently.In this paper,the imaging principle and high resolution of a sort of laser confocal bio-chip scanner are presented.Because the detecting pinhole is used in the laser confocal bio-chip scanner,the system is characterized by its very small field of view and high signal to noise ratio.At the same time the scanner adopts the technique of point-by-point scan-ning,so it can get images of high resolution.
