摘    要:介绍了制氧机循环水造成预冷系统设备结垢、堵塞的现象和原因,通过对预冷水系统独立设置、水系统设备防腐、自动控制等一系列改造,消除了故障,提高了设备运行的安全性和稳定性。

Abstract:Phenomena and causes of scale and blockage of equipment of the precooling system due to circulation water of oxygen making machine are presented. Some measures are adopted, such as independently setting of the precooling system, adoption of anticorrosive measures for equipment of the water system, reconstruction of automatic control. Adoption of the above measures eliminates failures and increases safety and stability of equipment operation.
