超静定网梁激振结构大型振动筛动态特性

摘    要:利用有限元分析法,对超静定网梁激振结构大型振动筛进行了动态特性分析,计算了筛体结构的固有频率、固有振型和结构的动力响应,提出对振动筛进行结构动力修改的方法,达到了筛体结构优化的目的.分析结果表明:超静定网梁激振大型振动筛增加了筛体结构刚度,提高了筛体弯曲、扭转变形的固有频率,模态频率远离工作频率(12.2 Hz), 可以有效地避免共振,降低结构的破坏程度;通过增加挡料板和周边加强筋使筛体横向变形由0.428 mm降为0/126 mm;在大型振动筛的设计中采用超静定网梁激振结构可以更好地满足大型振动筛结构刚度和强度的需求.

Abstract:Analyzed large vibrating screen's dynamic characteristics of single channel and hyperstatic network structure and calculated natural frequency,natural mode of vibration and dynamic response based on finite element technology.Modification method was revealed to optimize the vibrating screen structure.The results show that the vibrating screen's structural strength is increased and the natural frequency of bending and torsional deformation is enhanced in virtue of the adoption of hyperstatic network structure.The mode frequency is far from working frequency(12.2 Hz) which means that the screen structure can avoid resonance effectively to reduce the damnification.The screen's lateral deformation is reduced from 0.428 mm to 0.126 mm by virtue of adding blocking plate and peripheral reinforcing rib.The use of hyperstatic network structure provides a big structure intensity and stiffness to meet large vibrating screen's needs in the design process.
