城市交通规划的声环境影响评价

摘    要:介绍了依据城市测绘图、交通规划基础资料和交通噪声预测模式进行噪声预测与评价的技术方法。其方法通过对城区等声级线图与声环境功能区划图、声环境敏感点分布、城市人口密度分布等图层进行叠置分析,给出噪声超标区数量、面积、不同声级下受影响的人群等评价结论,为交通规划的优化及环境影响评价提供技术支持。

Abstract:A new technique for noise impact assessment of strategic environmental assessment(SEA) of urban comprehensive transportation planning has been developed using mapping overlay method.The suitable road traffic noise prediction model for Chinese urban vehicle and road type was selected.Based on the digital map of urban transportation planning,prediction grid of noise could be calculated expediently.The noise isolines polygon layer was built by interpolating option to the noise prediction grid.The noise isolines polygon layer was overlaid with the polygon layer of noise sensitive zone,the urban population distribution and the sound domain.The statistical tables or graphs of the impacted place and population could be given.Tianjin comprehensive transportation planning was studied as an example.The result is acting as reference in the plan optimal selection.
