The key point to reuse simulation resource among different protocols is the independent of communication protocols,which has becoming a research hotspot in the domain of simulation.An intercommunication method among different protocols of distributed dimulation system at designing period is designed.The key point of the method is the Software Development Kit which is Protocol-Independent.The Development Kit is detailedly discussed at four aspects:exercise connection,object management,event management and common interfaces.The characteristics of the method is analysed compared with the protocol-independent at runtime period.
