摘    要:高韧性的聚乙烯醇纤维增强水泥基复合材料PVA-ECC具有很高的能量吸收能力,但强度通常较低.采用正交试验设计方法,研究利用工业废料制备高强度且极限变形量满足实际工程要求的PVA-ECC,使其应用于高层建筑抗震结构中.研究结果表明:在水胶比较低的情况下,即使粉煤灰掺量达到胶凝材料重量的45%,掺入适量硅灰,采用普通的细河...

Abstract:PVA-ECC has the properties of high ductility,which ensures the capacity for large energy dissipation,but low strength.By making waste materials,an orthogonal test method is adopted to prepare PVA-ECC with high strength but also meeting a engineering requirement of deformability.This kind of PVA-ECC can be used in high-rise buildings.The results show that the replacement of cement with 45% fly ash and proper amount silica fume can make compressive strength of PVA-ECC be more than 60 MPa,by using fine sand.Fly ash can improve strain-hardening performance of PVA-ECC.Silica fume leads to less ductile behaviour of PVA-ECC.
