摘    要:针对大庆油田开采薄差油层压裂的需要,研制了一种Y422可取压裂桥塞。该桥塞主要由打捞机构、平衡旁通、密封机构、锚定机构、坐封解封机构、锁紧机构等部分组成。该工具承压差70MPa,耐温120,与其它工具配合使用,一趟管柱能够完成3~4个层段的压裂,施工工艺简单,操作安全可靠;可进行大跨距压裂,满足高砂比、欠替挤压裂施工要求,且一次下井可多次重复使用。现场应用20余井次,施工成功率100%。

Abstract:In consideration of the needs of thin and poor reservoir fracturing in Daqing Oilfield, Y422 retrievable bridge plug is developed. The plug is composed of a fishing mechanism, balance bypass, sealing mechanism, anchoring mechanism and locking device. It is lowered into the hole along with other tools, and 3-4 sections of fracturing can be carried out with one trip of string. Its process is easy, and operation is safe and reliable. It is suitable for big-span fracturing and high sand ratio fracturing and can used repeatedly with pressure differential of 70 MPa, temperature tolerance of 120 ℃. Field application is made in more than 20 wells with success ratio of 100%.
