摘    要:针对目前航材业务流程效率低、通用性差的问题,设计一种基于信息化的航材业务流程再造方法。应用业务流程再造理论的理念和方法,采用渐进式再造法和 ESIA 方法,通过对流程中各项业务的清除、简化、整合与自动化,重新设计了基于信息化的航材业务流程,并分别运用定性和定量2种评价方法,检验了流程再造的效果。实践结果证明:该方法使航材业务流程的工作效率提高了60%,实现了数据共享、信息共享,提高了流程运作效率。

Abstract:Aiming at the low efficiency, low generality of aerial materiel in business process, design an aerial material business process reengineering based on informationalization. Use business process reengineering theory and method, adopts the methods of progressive reengineering and ESIA, through removing, simplifying, integrating and automating to the processes service, redesign aerial material process based on informationalization, then use qualitative and quantitative evaluation method to test effect of process reengineering. The test results show: the new method can improve 60% efficiency of aerial materiel business process reengineering, realize data sharing and information sharing and improve process efficiency.
