阵列式气体传感器的信号采集系统设计

摘    要:为了对室内空气质量和环境中有害气体浓度进行监测,设计一款MSP430F149单片机阵列式气体传感器信号采集系统。该系统设计一种新型的信号采集电路,采用单片机内部ADC模块对气敏传感器敏感电阻进行采样,并通过UART串口将采集到的数据发送到LabVIEW上位机,实时显示气敏元件电阻变化。给出信号采集系统的硬件设计以及MSP430F149单片机和LabVIEW上位机的软件设计方案,通过实验验证该阵列式气体传感器信号采集系统的正确性和可行性,具有较高采集精度和环境适应性,有非常广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:In order to monitor the indoor air quality and the concentration of harmful gas in the environment, the MSP430 F149 single-chip microcomputer array gas sensor signal acquisition system is designed. A new type of signal acquisition circuit is designed in this system. The ADC module inside the single chip microcomputer is used to sample the sensitive resistance of the gas sensor, and the collected data is sent to the LabVIEW host computer by the UART serial port to display the resistance change of the gas sensor in real time. In this paper, the hardware design of signal acquisition system and the software design scheme of MSP430 F149 single chip microcomputer and LabVIEW upper computer are given. The correctness and feasibility of the signal acquisition system of array gas sensor are verified by experiments. The system has high acquisition accuracy and environmental adaptability, and has a very broad application prospect.
