| 摘 要： | 本文针对中国社会转型期群体性事件频发的现象，从构建和谐社会和政治稳定的角度，分析了参政党作为中国特色政治制度的重要载体，在解决群体性事件、维护政治稳定、保障政策的平衡和促进社会福祉的最大化方面具有独特的优势及重要性，旨在说明加强参政能力建设不仅有利于社会稳定发展，更为预防与解决群体性事件提供了有效的路径．
