摘    要:本文讨论了液相色谱法在生物大分子分离过程中的应用,主要探讨色谱柱的选择以及分离条件的确定。以糖类为例介绍了液相色谱分离生物分子的具体方法,同时对柱温流动相等因素进行分析和讨论。液相色谱法应用于生物大学子实验教学,对学生掌握先进的分离方法具有很重要的意义。

Abstract:In this study,the application of liquid Chromatography in biological macromolecular separation was discussed.The factors discussed indicate the selection of the column and condition for separation.The carbohydrate r are taken as experimental sample an influent factors,such as temperature of column and different elution were observed an analyzed.It was conclusion that Liquid Chromatography can be used in the course of macromolecular separation to let our students master some advanced separation method.
