User''''s Demand on Power Plant Simulator and Its Technical Supervision

Under current situation of the power construction, the simulator users need to provide general training for their operating staff. In addition, different requirements on the functions of such areas as examining objective assessment, sharing the network resources, research of controlling system and expert system are put forward. The development orientation of power plant simulators is also pointed out. Moreover, after analyzing the inconsistency between the growing demand on power plant simulators and the insufficient development capability and the inconsistency between the strict requirements on engineering quality and techniques and the time limit of the project, the concept of simulator technique supervision has been introduced. The necessity and method of simulator technique supervision have been stated in the article, and based on the practical experience, the quality of simulators will be ensured.
