海洋环境信息辅助航行决策专家系统研究

摘    要:海洋环境要素对舰船航行影响较大.在航行决策过程中充分利用已知环境信息,将有助于提高航行安全.首先分析了专家系统在海洋环境信息辅助应用中的优势,研究了依据最优化理论和模糊关系原理获取知识及建立知识库系统的方案,并构建了基于灵活推理机制的模糊专家系统的原型,给出了基本事实数据库和规则库结构,最后,基于面向对象的思想实现了原型系统.研究过程中充分利用了海洋界研究成果并与舰船应用结合起来,为舰船信息化、智能化建设提供环境信息支持.

Abstract:The ocean environment elements affect deeply ship sailing.It will be helpful to ensure safety sailing by making full use of known environment information in decision-making.The thesis analyzes the advantage of expert system in the assistant application of ocean environment information,and studies how to obtain knowledge according to optimization theory and fuzzy relationship and brings out a scheme for building knowledge base system.Then a prototype of fuzzy expert system has been established and the basic fact dababase and the structure of the rule base are given.Finally,the prototype system is realized based on object-oriented principle.The thesis and provides environment information support for building ship information and intelligence base.
