| 摘 要： | 研究分散剂ZD-6在工程机械轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明：在工程机械轮胎胎面胶中加入2份左右的分散剂ZD-6,并适当减小偶联剂Si69用量,可降低胶料的门尼粘度,提高硫化胶的耐磨性能,降低生热,改善炭黑和白炭黑的分散性,对硫化胶的物理性能影响不大。

| Abstract: | The application of dispersing agent ZD-6 in the tread compound of earth-mover tire was investigated.The results showed that,by adding about 2 phr ZD-6 in the tread compound,and reducing the addition level of coupling agent Si69 properly,the Mooney viscosity of the compound was decreased,the abrasion resistance of the vulcanizate was improved,the heat build-up decreased,the dispersion of carbon black and silica were improved,the physical properties of the vulcanizate changed little. |
