| Abstract: | Because most of the bioseparation systems are multicomponent mixtures, the study on foam separation of proteins from mixtures makes possible the application of this technology in industry. The developments in separation of proteinamylose, proteinsurfactant and protein mixture by foam separation were reviewed. The future of multicomponent separation was discussed and the problems which need to be solved in further study were presented. |
