我国信息产业的现状及发展方向

提出了信息产业的概念，对它的内涵作了阐述，并且客观地描述了我国信息产业的现状，实事求是地分析了其落后的原因．为了更好地发展我国的信息产业，缩小与发达国家的差距：一要全面提高国民的信息意识，培养我国的信息高级人才；二要健全信息法制，完善信息市场；三要走信息化工业化共同发展的道路．只有这样，才能更好地利用当今世界科技成果，走出一条符合我国国情的信息产业之路，以迎接知识经济时代的来临．

Status Quo and Development of Information Industry in our Country

This paper demonstates the initial proposal and the connotation of the concept of infornation industry, objectively describes the status quo of the information industry in China,and practically analyses the reasons for its backwardness. The author holds that in order to better develop the information industry in our country, and to reduce the distinction between China and developed countries, we should first of all arouse the national awareness of information to the result that more high leve information pelsonnels are trained, and then to amplify lawi and rules and regulations in tenm of information industry, petheting informational market, and thirdly to follow the way of simultaneous development of infonnationlisation and industrialimtion. Only in this way can we better take the advantage of the present worldwide achievement of science and technology, successfully proced down the infonnation industry avenue which is applicable to China's conditions, so as to better prepared for the atrival of the era of knowedge - based economy.
