片式插针的级进模设计

摘    要:通过对一款汽车用片式插针的设计,针对制件尺寸小于材料厚度的状况,分析了片式插针制件的结构及冲压工艺的难点,介绍了直接切废法、间接切废法、直接落料法成形该制件的各自优缺点,从而选择最优方案来进行设计,利用制件头部倒角所形成的边料铺开量形成搭边,重点论述了落料凸凹模的设计。生产实践证明:模具结构设计合理可靠,工作效率高,制件质量稳定,对同类制件的模具设计具有一定的参考价值。

Design of Progressive Die for the Chip Pin
Abstract:Based on a car used in chip pin design, to the part size is smaller than the material thickness condition, analyzed the structure and chip pin parts stamping process difficulty, introduces the direct cutting waste law, indirect method, direct cut waste blanking method of forming the products of the respective advantages and disadvantages, so as to choose the optimal program for design products, using head chamfer formed by side spread amount forming lapping, focuses on the blanking die design, production practice has proved: die structure design is reasonable and reliable, high work efficiency, stable product quality, similar products on the mold design has a certain reference value.
