精细化工发展的策略研究

作者对精细化工发展的策略提出如下意见：①将项目为核心改成以技术为核心；②培植企业和部门的技术力量；③搞好行业内部、行业之间、企业内部的协调；④产品方案向横向、纵向延伸；⑤采取多种技术引进方式。

Tactics of developing fine chemical industry

For tacties of developing fine chemical industry it is proposed in this article:1.To change the em phasis from construction of projects to the technology of production;2.To foster technical porsonnel of entetprises and departments; 3.To make internal ccordination of industry and enterprise and the coordination between industries;4.To extend product plans horlzontally, vertically and even to areas away from initiative preducts;5.To import tech nology in diversified ways.
