摘    要:目的用遗传算法对模糊控制器的控制规则的参数进行优化,提高炉温控制系统的动、稳态性能.方法实现模糊控制和PID控制在不同控制段的优化,并采用遗传算法优化控制参数和控制规则.结果使电阻炉炉温控制系统具有较高的控制精度和良好的动态特性和鲁棒性.结论采用MATLAB仿真及试验结果表明该方法有效可行,可以推广到其他温度控制系统的应用上.

Abstract:Due to the characteristics of electric heater temperature control,such as nonlinear,big delay and time-varying etc,this paper presents a hybrid control method including fussy control and PID control based on Genetic Algorithm.It can optimize different control stages by using fussy control and PID control.The control parameters and rules are optimized by Genetic Algorithm.This control method makes the electric heater control system have higher control accuracy and better dynamical characteristics and more robust.The simulation results show that the method is effective.It can also be used in other temperature control system.
