| Abstract: | The modification of the NIM phase noise measurement system is described. The application of HP E5501B in the microwave signal source phase noise measurement, i.e. the method to expand its frequency range from 1 6GHz to 18GHz,is discussed, and the calculation methods and the typical measurement results are presented. |
