摘    要:介绍了在传统煤焦油间歇蒸馏深加工工艺技术的基础上,对蒸馏塔高度、蒸馏釜加热方式、改质沥青的改质过程和方式等方面进行的技术改造,采用负压蒸馏方式降低了操作温度,缓解了釜底结焦现象,对气、水等污染源进行了规范处理,形成了特有的小规模煤焦油深加工工艺技术路线,产品质量稳定且符合标准要求。

Abstract:Based on the traditional processing technology (batch distillation) of coal tar, some technical improvements has been made on the height of the distillation tower, the heating method of the distillation kettle and the processing conditions for the modified pitch. The operation temperature is decreased and the caking at the kettle bottom relieved due to the negative pressure distillation method. Additionally, the pollution from water and gas is properly controlled, thus, suggesting a unique small scale tar processing technology. The product is stable in quality and lives up to the standard.
