摘    要:采用Raney—Ni催化剂在间歇高压釜中进行了去氢芳樟醇液相催化加氢反应动力学研究.通过测定去氢芳樟醇催化加氢过程中去氢芳樟醇、芳樟醇和二氢芳樟醇浓度随时间变化的c~t曲线,获取去氢芳樟醇催化加氢制备芳樟醇反应中各步反应的级数、速率常数和活化能等动力学参数.结果表明,去氢芳樟醇催化加氢时,对去氢芳樟醇和氢压均呈一级反应;中间物芳樟醇继续加氢形成二氢芳樟醇时,对芳樟醇为零级反应而对氢压为一级反应.在此基础上建立的去氢芳樟醇催化加氢制备芳樟醇的各步反应的动力学方程,并对动力学方程进行验证.

Abstract:The reaction kinetics of catalytic hydrogenation of dehydrolinalool on Raney-Ni catalyst had been studied in a high-pressure batch reactor. Under the condition of no inside and outside diffusion, the concentration of dehydrolinalool, linalool and dihydrolinalool versus time over the Raney-Ni catalyst were measured. The kinetic parameters of catalytic hydrogenation of dehydrolinalool to linalool such as reaction order, rate constant and activated energy in each step were obtained. It was showed that dehydrolinalool conversion was first order with respect to dehydrolinalool and hydrogen, while the linalool hydrogenation to dihydrolinalool was zero order with respect to linalool and first order with respect to hydrogen. Based on these results, the kinetic equations of dehydrolinalool hydrogenation to linalool in each step were proposed. They are in consistence with the experimental data.
