啤酒生产过程原位清洗系统的调度研究

摘    要:对啤酒生产过程的原位清洗系统(CIP)进行了研究,利用甘特图描述了CIP系统各个清洗过程,并建立了主要过程的MINLP调度模型。用随机算法PSO算法对该模型进行求解,结果表明该模型可以节省清洗设备的辅助生产时间,相应地增加了生产时间,有利于提高工厂的实际效益。

Abstract:Beer production is a typical batch process, the system of Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) for beer is studied. The main equipments washed in CIP system have been described with Cantt chart, and a MINLP schedule model is established, which is solved by PSO method. The results show the assistant time is decreased hugely, that means the production time is increased and the benefit of the factory is raised.
