摘    要:建立振动数据采集与分析系统是对零件加工过程进行监控的基础。本文介绍了振动信号采集试验系统的构成和实现方法。系统硬件采用PC-DAY结构,软件开发利用NT公司的虚拟仪器(LabVIEW),运用多线程技术、循环缓存技术实现数据高速、实时存储,通过参数设置解决数据采集同步问题。系统应用于精密零部件高速铣削过程的状态监控试验中进行振动信号的采集。

Abstract:Vibration Data Acquisition and Analysis System(VDAAS) is the foundation of monitoring and detecting the operating process of industry equipment. The composition and realization of test system of vibration signal acquisition is introduced. In VDAAS, PC-DAQ (PCI Bus Data Acquisition) is adopted as the hardware structure, and National Instrument LabVEW is used as the platform of software development. High-speed and real-time data storage is realized by multithreading technology and circle buffer method. The problem of channel delay is solved by suitable setting of parameter. VDAAS is applied to acquire vibration signal in test system of monitoring the process stability of equipment.
