甲醇双效精馏过程模拟和优化设计

摘    要:
采用PRO/II软件对甲醇双效精馏过程进行了过程模拟,通过以加压塔再沸器热负荷最低为目标函数,以混合浓度为边界条件,使加压塔和常压塔关于塔顶物料浓度的指定数值在一定范围内变动从而的到最优值。

Abstract:
Using PRO/II software on methanol double-effect distillation process simulation,through the pressurized column reboiler heat load minimum as the objective function,the concentration of mixed boundary condition,the pressurized column and the atmospheric column overhead material concentration on specified numerical changes within a certain range and thus to obtain the optimal value.
