摘    要:阀门作为核电厂管道系统中不可或缺的一部分,需要对其壁厚进行定期监督检查,防止泄露和破裂。本文提出了一种TOFD技术在核电厂阀体壁厚检查上的工艺方法,并通过实验室和现场试验验证了该方法的有效性。结果表明,TOFD技术可以作为阀体壁厚监督一种有效的检查手段,该技术可被应用到表面状况较好的重要厚壁阀门上,对其减薄状态进行检查评估,从而指导后续监督维护计划的制定。

Application of TOFD in Thickness Supervision of Cast Valves in Nuclear Power Plant

Abstract:As an integral part of pipeline system in nuclear power plant, the wall thickness of valves needed to be regularly supervised and inspected to prevent leakage and fracture. In this paper, TOFD technology was proposed for wall thickness inspection of valve body in nuclear power plant, and the effectiveness of this method was verified by laboratory and field test. The results show that TOFD technology can be used as an effective inspection method for wall thickness supervision of valve body. It can be applied to the important thick wall valves with good surface condition to check and evaluate their thinning state and guide the formulation of the follow-up supervision and maintenance plan.
