核电厂用防腐隔热保温类涂料性能评价方法研究

摘    要:介绍M310及其衍生堆型核电厂用涂层的分类特点,指出现有核电规范对涂料性能控制主要以防腐、可去污、美观为使用目的,对隔热保温类涂料缺少评定指标,制约了核电用功能涂料的开发和应用。提出新型涂料在核电厂的适用性评价原则,讨论隔热保温涂料的基本性能和阻热能效评价指标和试验方法,为核电厂涂料选型评价及涂料研发提供参考。

Abstract:Introduces the coatings’ classification characteristics of M310 and its derivative nuclear power plant, and points out that there are nuclear power specifications that control the coating performance mainly for the purpose of anticorrosion, decontamination and aesthetics, lacking of evaluation indexes for thermal insulation coatings, which restrict the development and application of functional coatings for nuclear power plant. The applicability evaluation principle of the new coating in nuclear power plant is put forward. The basic performance, thermal resistance and energy efficiency evaluation index and test methods of the thermal insulation coating are discussed, which provides reference for the coating selection evaluation and research development of nuclear power plant.
