高背压-抽凝机组耦合运行优化技术对深度调峰性能影响及经济性分析

摘    要:针对某电厂350MW抽凝供热机组和高背压供热机组,利用Ebsilon软件进行建模,并进行了高背压-抽凝机组耦合运行优化分析,特别分析了两台机组总调峰性能以及优化运行后总经济效益的变化情况,并计算了调峰损失电量的运行补偿成本,计算结果显示,在保持供热总负荷600MW不变时,高背压-抽凝机组耦合运行方式可使两台机组增加调峰深度38.77MW,运行总经济效益减少1.03万元/h,折算调峰损失电量的运行补偿成本为0.26元/(kW·h)~0.27元/(kW·h)。分析案例为电厂参与深度调峰服务市场提供了参考依据。

Abstract:In this paper,the models of 350MW cogeneration unit with heating steam extraction and high back-pressure cogeneration unit are established using Ebsilon software,and the coupling operation of the two unitsare optimized and analyzed,and special attention is paid to the change of peak load regulation performance and total economic benefit,corresponding operation compensation costfor the peaking electricity loss during operation are calculated.The calculation results show that the total peak load regulation depth can be increased by 38.77MW while the heating load remains unchanged at 600MW,and the total operation economic benefit is reduced by 10.3 thousand Yuan/h,the equivalent operation compensation cost for the peaking electricity loss is 0.26 Yuan/(kW·h)~0.27 Yuan/(kW·h),which provides a basis for the plant owners taking part in the deep peak load regulation market.
