| 摘 要： | 介绍了主楼与裙楼不设沉降缝，用调整桩的长度和承载力及其它措施，来减少和控制沉降差异，并得观测值仅１ｍｍ。另外，该建筑有４５ｍ高塔楼，考虑鞭梢效应，地震放大系数为３。 |

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the methods of reducing and controlling differential settlement by changing the length and load_bearing capacity of the piles,and other means,rather than setting settlement gaps between the main building and the podium structure.By using these methods,the size of differential settlement observed is only 1mm.Because of the building with a tower 45m high,the earthquake magnification factor is taken as 3 with considering whiplash effect. |
