| 摘 要： | 高炉铁水运输首先要确保高炉出铁安全,在经济合理的机车和混铁车配置情况下,兼顾考虑运输作业效率。结合宝钢股份炼铁厂特大型高炉铁水运输的特点,列举不同出铁工况下混铁车配置方式,详细分析常规的机车"拉重配空"作业模式及作业时间,该模式基本能够满足高炉安全出铁的需要,但仍有特殊情况。对比分析常规模式与双机配合作业模式、混铁车直配作业模式、双罐连挂作业模式对高炉出铁安全和运输作业效率的影响,提出不同的生产情况下适应高炉安全出铁要求的铁水运输作业模式,为大型高炉的铁水运输组织提供借鉴。 |
