| 摘 要： | 对我国普通高校女子武术课开展的现况进行研究和分析，对构建和完善我国普通高校女子武术课教学内容进行了初步的探讨，认为在内容选择上应既能体现武术特色又符合普通高校女生的生理特点，难易程度上应适当，使其容易接受和掌握，最后在内容上还要发挥普通高校女生的创新精神。

| Abstract: | This article researches and analyzes the present situation of ordinary universities female martial arts class development by making use of the literature material , the data of Statistics, the deductive induction, and the expert interview. It discusses the course of Chinese martial arts for ordinary universities＇ female. In this article ,it thought we should choose the teaching text which can manifest the martial arts characteristic in the content and conform to the ordinary universities female student＇s physiological characteristic, In the difficult degree we should choose the teaching text which is suitable. It is easy to accept and to grasp. Finally ,in content we should choose the teaching text which can display the ordinary universities female student＇s innovation spirit. |
