摘    要:为了解决沙仔岛在开发建设中可能出现的内涝问题,以及满足水生态文明建设与海绵城市建设的要求,该文提出低影响开发建设(LID)模式的设想。通过分析沙仔岛的排涝需求与土地开发利用格局,遵循"渗、滞、蓄、净、用、排"的原则,采用雨水湿地、调蓄池、植草沟、新开挖河涌等措施,对沙仔岛排涝系统进行布局。从而减缓内涝,使雨水资源化,改善局部水循环与水环境。

Abstract:In order to solve the possible waterlogging problems in the development and construction of Shazai-Island,and meet the water ecological civilization construction and sponge city construction requirements, the plan of low impact design or development (LID) model has been proposed. By analyzing the draining demand of Shazai-Island, methods of rainwater wetland, storage tank, grassed swales and river excavation are used to carry out the layout of drainage system on Shazai-Island, following the principles of infiltration, stagnation, storage, net use and discharge. Thereby, the problem of Shazai-Island is reduced and also can make use of rainwater resource and improve local water cycle and water environment.
