对经济型数控机床进行USB接口改造的实践与探索

摘    要:针对数控加工中复杂曲面的大数据量传输慢,造成通讯竞争的缺陷,提出了在数控系统中上位计算机与数控机床间采用新的一种接口—USB接口来改造经济型数控机床的思想,并对相应的软硬件的改进进行了论证,提出了实现USB接口的软硬件方法,给出了在windows系统下的USB驱动程序。由于采用USB接口后传输数据的显著加快,同时提高了经济型数控与PC相配置的灵活性和多样性,为经济型数控扩展了网络功能,解决了网络化制造中因传输速率慢而导致的数据通讯竞争的问题

Abstract:For solving the problem of low speed in transfer large date between NC and computer when manufacturing difficult curved surface, and avoid conflict of communication. We arise a new interface USB interface which connect computer and NC. We give corresponding hardware and software supporting; provide the USB driver program under the windows system. The transfer speed is quite accelerated through USB interface. It also improves the agility and multiplicity between NC and PC.It extends network capability of NC, works out the problem of conflict of communication.
