基于最小二乘回归模型的柔性模块族轻量优化方法研究

摘    要:针对系列产品差异化的需求,提出柔性模块族的概念,并对模块族进行拓展分析。提出了基于最小二乘回归模型的柔性模块化产品的优化算法,以YH30型压力机为模型,运用该算法进行了轻量优化,在满足使用工况的前提下,实现了对C柱减轻131 kg,达到了预期目标,为同类型产品的优化设计提供了参考。

Abstract:In view of the demand of different products, the concept of flexible module family is put forward,and extended analysis of module family. An optimization algorithm of flexible modular product based on least square regression model was proposed. Taking the YH30 type press as the research object,light weight optimization was carried out by using this algorithm. Under the premise of satisfying the use condition, the C column is reduced to 131 kg, which achieves the expected goal and provides references for the optimization design of the same type product.
